Club Calibra Meet
« on: June 05, 2010, 13:11:08 PM »
Right guys, its about time we all did something, and this is the best place to post it up!

We need to show our support for this fine community, and so far, we haven't had any meets!

I propose we try and get something regular setup, even if its only every 6months or more!

I know me and GreddRob are up for this, as is Angus (even though he lives in the north)

Do we have any other southerners floating about here keeping quiet?

This is your chance to shine guys, and show the UK lads that the Irish have great examples!!

If there is enough interest, we could maybe even put this to the northern irish guys and have a north vs south meet??

dont know about a north v south, but having an annual or maybe twice annual cc meet would be good.

I dunno mate, trying to get the weather right, and make sure everyone is available at the same time is hard enough, let alone deciding on a location, obviously somewhere central for everybody would be best.

How many members could you round up from the north?

Look on members maps, and hover over kerry, there is me, and a guy called Maurice, who I know still has hic cally, I will suggest it to him, IF i ever manage to catch him, although Ive only ever spoken to him once and that was just after I got mine lol

OK on topic I think a meet in Ireland would be a bit of a waste of time as there are not enough of you close enough together to pull it off

According to Chris, there is a nice few up the north that are willing to hold a meet, plus me and Rob, and we have the numbers for any regular meet anyway.

I have to be a role model Chops, you understand that :)

In that case you should set a date and location  :D

There is that and then there is changing the way you come across in a period of 24hrs, reading most of your posts today it is as though they were written by a totally different person!
