There is a Chat room, but that is not the best place to get technical advice because it relies on someone competent being in the Chat room at the same time as you.  As Gav says the best thing to do is do a search to see whether anyone else has had a similar problem - they almost certainly will have done.  If you don't find anything there, as Gav says, go to the Technical Trouble Shooting Section and start a New Topic (with a title that makes it clear exactly what you need help with).

By the sound of it you will probably need to do 'the paper clip test'.  This is effectively replicates the self-diagnostics so that the car's electronic 'brain' tells you what the problem is.  There is an excellent guide on how to carry out 'the paper clip test' and what the codes mean.
