Water in passenger footwell

Ok so the carpet is soaking wet in the passenger footwell the coolant isn't going down so have ruled a matrix leak out I've cleaned the elephants trunk out so ruled that out now I have just got the carpet pulled back and the dense foam surrounding the heater pipes is soaking wet push your finger into it and it's clean water not out of the engine as that's got antifreeze do anyone know a solution please

Put an air line down your sunroof drains and change the pollen filter.
