trip/fuel dash computer

hi guys and gals as you can see i have a 1994 m reg 8v just bought a trip/fuel dash computer,the computer in fitted and running it was a mission to find the plug for it.The one I'm having trouble finding is the plug for the switch in the centre consul,theres two plugs for the window switches but nowt else,is it hiding somewhere under the gearlever section? your expert and professional direction is much needed, paper and crayons will be provided lol cheers harry

under the front of the handbrake lever, you should see a small curved piece of plastic, pop this out to reveal the connections for the loom for the windows, and closest to the drivers seat, you should see a square plug on the car side, thats not plugged into anything on the window switch side ;)

ive had a quick look earlier but didnt see a square plug im at work at the mo ill see if i can sneek off and have a quick look cheers dave

 i can find the square plug :-(  it must be there coz why have the big yellow plug for the computer in the dash and not for the switch at the other end.I'm gonna have to remove the complete centre consul so i can see all wiring under it.Anybody else have ideas or pics would be very helpful cheers

I only saw mine once I'd removed the centre consul.

im not happy looks like ive got to splice the wires in for the switch no bloody connector at the switch end,oh well anyway cheers for all the ideas and help guys

been bizzy today sorting the wiring to the fuel computer 1st pic making the section missing from the switch to the computer



2nd pic removing the old multiplug and fitting new one



3rd splicing wires on computer multiplug in dash
