Knocking from front left wheel

My 16v Red Top has an occasional knock from the front left wheel when I turn right.  This doesn't knock everytime I turn, just now and again and at any speed, but when it does knock it's pretty loud and you can feel it through the footwell.  Would this be a bush that needs replacing?

sounds like the antiroll link bar has broke, cheap and easy to replace

just have a look under there and you should see trhe broken plastic bit on the upper side of the wishbone
