Ben! what power is the car running atm mate??
I have these fitted to mine which is running at around 300bhp>>
http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=42LBINJ

They are a fair bit bigger than the original injectors which mean you can run a higher powered cali at lower fuel pressure ;D
A big plus on these ones is they are almost exactly the same impedance as the originals so are a good replacement ;D
back again with le turbo n050. Loving it!!!

Standard injectors to 280bhp
Z20LET or Saab reds for 280-300
VXR for 300+

And set fuel pressure to match

First 4x4 check is fuse 19 on your dashboard's fuse box

Ive had my fair few 4x4 issues and quite often, the commonest issues are the following>
Earth issue ( check all the earth connections including the ones on the fuel rail as a few times this has caused the light of death to come on) clean up all the earths ;D
Check the power steering fluid level and if its low its poss you might have air in the system..
Check on cav16 web site under bleeding the hydraulic system>   http://www.cav16.co.uk/transfer/
Should explain how to remove trapped air in the accumilator block as this can happen if the fluid level gets low and traps air.. ;)
2 good places to start ;D
Another>>
Also, if you have the early turbo its poss the transfer bx temp switch has failed!  This happens if the fluid in the bx has over heated!  There is a way of testing the switch but tbh, i cant remember right now :-X
If its failed it will need replacing..

this probs sounds stupid but when i was driving around at work the neg on the battery was lose and the alarm kept going off, just be for the immobilizer kicked in the 4x4 started working and the light went out. but only lasted a few seconds :(. it did this twice i think, iv checked the fluid levels as i new that was a good place to start, i recently replaced the battery to body lead. any ideas?

best place to get injectors from? my old man wont's to buy them for me as a b-day prezzie :)

Does sound like a poss earth fault as i mentioned before!  For a simple poss fix, try cleaning up/ tightening up all the earths you can find as if the earths are poor or loose then this will cause the 4x4 to not engage  ( had this issue myself on another 4x4 )  Brian from vts put me onto this problem which was puzzling me for ages ;)
