Firstly, can you access the bonnet? If so disconnect the battery and get it on charge overnight (sounds like a flat battery to me?!!), secondly PLEASE learn some punctuation as reading your post was hard work.

yeah i can get to battery but the stereo and lights still go on and flash, if it was the battery was flat none off that would happen would it, plus i cant even get my sun roof closed as no power at all comes to car apart from hazzards, lights, stereo, and amps and subs work, i dont know how a immobilser even works as i have never had one or knew this car had one

I'm confused.  "the stereo and lights still go on and flash", but when you turn the ignition on "no doesnt do anything its just dead, u turn key and nothing happens, no lights on dash or anything".  Without more information, it's going to be hard for anyone to provide you with guidance on what to look at, let alone a diagnosis...

So, let's try to be systematic about this:
With the ignition off, you can turn the stereo on?  Yes/No
With the ignition off, you can turn the lights on? Yes/No
With the ignition off, you can flash the lights? Yes/No
With the ignition on, you get no lights on the dash? Yes/No
With the ignition on, you get no lights on the dash, but can turn the stereo on? Yes/No
With the ignition on, you get no lights on the dash, but you can flash the headlights? Yes/No
With the ignition on, you get no lights on the dash, but you can turn the hazard warning flashers on? Yes/No
Is there more than one earth lead from the battery to the car? One major one to the chassis/body? Any others feeding into the loom?  Have you checked any earth connections for continuity?
Have you checked the loom connection to the back of the dash?  If that is loose, you might get power to the stereo & even some of the lights, but none of your dash lights would come on.
The battery may still be producing a small amount of juice - enough (just about) to power the stereo - but not enough to turn the engine over, or start the engine.  The starter motor takes a huge drain on the battery.
When you turn the ignition on, can you hear the fuel pump 'ticking'?
If all else fails, you may have to get an auto-electrician in to identify the fault...

This could be a simple one or could be complicated.
You say the lights work is that all the lights or just side lights.
If only side lights hazzards and stereo then these will work without ingition power.
I had a problem on my cally a few weeks ago when i tilted the steering column the power would cut out totally, not very good when driving around a roundabout.
The first thing i would check is has the battery got any power in it.
Secondly check all fuses to see if any are blown.
Then if still playing up remove the cowling around the steering colunm and check the wiring plug to the back of the ignition switch. The problem with mine was that the plug to the back of the switch was loose so tightened the connectors and not had a problem since.
If that shows nothing and you dont know what you are doing then call a sparky.

Can of worms isn't it! I'd bung a new battery on myself, cheap as chips from VX too.

Seems worth trying first. Why make it more complicated than it may be? If that doesn't do the trick then look further.
you were correctly parked.

Not much point in banging a new battery on, if the reason the battery is f*@#ed is that the alternator is not charging it, or the regulators or diode have blown - you could just end up knackering another battery. :(

No point putting a new battery on yet. Even if the battery is very low. If the lights and stereo work then th dash lights should come on.
No dash lights then it sugests something is not connecting properly.
