hi, lol uve probably never checked before but after driving when the engine is at normal temp are both the big coolant hoses harder to squeeze than normal for a RED TOP?



mine are brand new and go really tight just wondering if this is normal, a local mechanic said it was but i wanna check with the proper experts

Perfectly normal, all cars do this  when hot. Pressurizing the cooling system raises the boiling point of water. If you ran your engine ,say with the  expansion tank cap of it will soon boil over and very quick with it (no, dont try it, just take my word for it) youll have nice soft hoses, no coolant and a well cooked and bolloxed engine....
