camshaft sensor rewire
« on: September 01, 2008, 11:59:53 AM »
Hi i put a post up about the trouble im having with my ecotec. Its had all the sensors done , its not running right and when i do the paperclip test it says 92 camshaft sensor. The only thing ive noticed under the ecotec cover theres a join in the camshaft sensor wire, Is it ok to do this or should it be rewired . I wanted to know if it does need a rewire is it much of a job, many thanks  daz :(

Mine just had to have a new camshaft sensor and a new loom to connect it as the attachment had been changed to connect it to the sensor.
