Faur segiu thanks for the reply man :) so do you think the problem is not the wiring but the radiator itself? İm a little confused because when in moderate heat everything works normal. The fan behind the radiator spins normally. But when the temp rises even more (e.g. in heavy traffic) the rad cooler fan stops at all, starting the a/c fan spin like crazy. İ may be wrong but seems to me that something's wrong with the wiring.

My advice it to take it to an electornist, because it could be the wires or the fan swich the one with 3 wire change it with to lowest temperature you can get , do you have 82 degres thermostat?

Allright many thanks for the info, understood what you are talking about... will look at it, and as far as i know i have no thermostat at all (previous owner took it off) but my fan switch should be above those temperatures, because even the lower speed fan kicks in at 95, weird isnt it? The guy who installed the rad said that these opel engines run at high temps so i shouldnt be worried about seeing 100 degrees in dash but that info didnt seem so accurate to me

thats impossible to not have a thermostat please post a picutre, man if you ware closer i'll will be happy to help you, yes opel runs on 95 degrees for better emissions but  it safer to run 85-90 degrees for the engine, is much more relaxed and less pressure for the coolant hoses, pls take a picture of your engine and radiator and post it

Hi faur, prpblem solved :) sticky relay. Theres a blue relay with 40amp that melted down its housing. Changed that, everythng went back to normal. Still seems to me that the engine runs at a high temp tho.

What radiator do you have? Can you post a picture? And thermostat is 92 degrees or 82? Fan swiches at what temperature starts?
