Rust Prevention
The two most prone spots on Calibra bodyshells are the outside lip of the rear wheel arches and the seam concealed under the rubber weather strip at the bottom of the doors (It is worth taking them off and checking).
The seam is towards the back of the car and acts as a water trap. In both cases a paintbrush loaded with WAXOYL put on early enough will stop the problem ever happening.
The overall most efficient way of ensuring your car doesn't rust, is to simply keep it clean. Pressure washing is not always the best way, a good soapy sponge is the best way, to prevent scratching and removal of the important laquer that covers your car's paint layer.
