The 'Calibra Bumpers look very ordinary' and that's why so many, add Extensions to them!!!

THAT'S CORRECT!!!

Only the Turbo Model here, came with a Rear Spoiler and Body Kit...  >:(

But even that Rear Spoiler, doesn't have a Brake Light built into it...   :'(

I'd have to Import such a Spoiler from the UK, and right now, that's LOW Priority for Me...

unseen hoses or not, its a mostly standard looking calibra  :) till you look deeper  ;) or try to to keep up  ;D

Mate... From what I saw on Your Build Thread...

It's indeed a 'Very Standard Looking' Calibra, and the Hoses are what Stood Out the most!!!

As for looking deeper... I doubt too many people will be getting down low enough, to view the Yellow Painted Suspension Parts...

Certainly a Nice Calibra no doubt, but not a Head Turner!!! ;)

TBH, i'd have Martin's turbo over most kitted Calibra's any day. I do prefer the standard look though so i'm possibly biased lol

I know what the General feeling in the UK is, about Calibra's with Body Kits!!!  >:(

I'd also take a well maintained and "clean" Calibra over one with a bulky kit. I'm a fan of clean lines.

This is, IMO, as bad as it gets.


Your "Ghost" looks much tidier than that one of course, but I still think the bumpers are a little too massive. Not that much, but a little =P

EDIT: No wait. That blue car could have been worse with a giant scoop on the hood!

Ok I started it with my comment.

No my car is not as much of a 'head turner' which i'm fine with coz that's the way I like it.
I didn't intentionally post on your thread to  insult you or your car. As I've said it looks like a well fitted kit.

The first time I looked at the thread I didn't post anything!  (so not to offend)  the thread has had over 170 views and nr 30 odd posts.

Come on chap, if you know what our opinion is why are you getting so offended! If you like yours that way. then you cant like ours the way they are?? (standard) but we/I don't mind!

the difference is the car in Angus's avatar is a real race car not a street car.

don't be so offended chap.  go have a look through other threads in the 'show of your car section' have a read of the comments on most of them and relax!
