👍
Since its so hard to find a good condition drivers seat it could be a good option.
Its a bit time consuming though, the seat is held together with lots of metal clips like keyrings that each need unwinding.
Heres another photo of the finished seat   ;)

Yes, they changed their terms of service so that unless you pay and have a premium account, you're not allowed to host your pics anywhere else's. in the process, they managed to destroy many wikis and other posts with owners pics, tips and tricks...

If you stil require the visor clips I got some 2 years ago from my local dealer, Evans Halshaw in Hilsea, £4.21 each.

If they aren't available now the ones on my 2004 Astra also fit and they have a metal clip that holds the visor in place rather that the one piece Calibra one which is prone to break.

Have recently decided to upgrade to HIDs. They give a much better light and look awesome  :D
I just bought a cheap kit of ebay, less than £20 and peasy to fit.

Here's before HID:

And after:

This kit is 6000k temperature or ice blue and its a bit too blue for my liking. I have ordered some 5000K (pure white) ones and will post some photos when i get a chance.
They definitely improve the low beam lighting. High beam is still a bit rubbish so i will have to look at some way of improving that now if anybody has any suggestions...

You could use exactly the same thing again in your high beam. When I bought my Calibra, it had them fitted to both. I removed them due to MOT issues and the fact I only drive it in summer. But it was certainly a lot brighter...

But the HIDs take a few seconds to brighten up, would this not mean that each time you dipped the beam for an oncoming car you would have to wait for them to brighten again?   :-\

Once they are warmed they need just a second!
And you made the right decision about your low beams.. The HID is the only solution for Calibra's lights  ;)

P.S. And yes, 5000k is better then 6000k!
