Low mileage servicing?
« on: February 26, 2016, 12:24:54 PM »
Any advice on the need for what on my SE8 that doesn't approx 1500 miles a year. ..?

Two years ago a bought her with full vauxhall history, she was due a major which i had done and the cambelt.

A year ago she had a minor and is coming round to what should be, by the book a major.

Short of oil and filter is a major really necessary?

I do know the service guy at my local vauxhall dealer and he does good prices but it has to be by the book if she goes there.
Cally SE8 16v, as it came out the factory. Daily drive: Seat Leon FR 184 DSG

Oil n filter, plugs n leads annualy job done I'd say. Cam belt when due, obviously.
