Before anyone says it, I've read chav's recent thread, but i was hoping someone could do one, that is 8v to xe specific. Basically, a step by step of everything involved from opening the bonnet and removing the 8v and closing it again with a runinng xe underneath it, posibly pics aswell :D This would be hugely appreciated, many thanks, jim

Im gonna give the engine conversion a go myself. I've got some time off in about 3 weeks. Still unsure about flywheel types, my 8v has got a pot type, and the XE (which is a 93) has a flat type, will the box fit both? Im hoping, literally for a guide to get me through the entire process, so i've got 3 weeks to find out everything involved. cheers
