take the bumper of and you will be able to remove it from the back however it will leave some grooves where it sat in the bumper that will need filling and spraying mate, easier to get an early bumper ;)

mmmmm big decision dev, make the car look older (why the f*ck would you do that ?!!) and remove the v grill or leave it in place resulting in NO filling, NO priming, NO painting and NO hassle plus the car still looks good ;)

easy decision riiiiiiiiite ?

Except if, like me, you prefer the less cluttered lines of the old grille, without the tacky V-grille badge.  I debadged the Vx badge off the tail of my Calibra, I can understand why someone might want to remove the V-grille off the front...

If you are best mates with Stevie Wonder and share his white stick!

The older grill looks a lot more streamlined (a bit like my face hey shifty), agressive and un-cluttered.

uncluttered is what you want to achieve is it ? just take the whole bumper off instead then ! whilst you're at it, if you want streamline, remove the mirrors, valve caps, wipers, side repeaters etc....

may be worth fitting some alloys from a model T ford and drum brakes just to give it that classic look ;D

wouldn't want anything making your car look modern now would you ? ::)
