i like the feeling when you come back from the gym, my forearms look proper pumped up after a good training sesion....bit like popeyes but without the anchor tattoo :)

So do I, doing my mates regime ATM though which has only two arm exercises in it and I prefer to do my arms so not enjoying at as much ATM

Here is a pic of the mate, he is 46, only took one of him on the ab machine tonight but he will be maxing out on the 50kg dumb bells a week on Friday so I will get some pics of him doing that then

when and if you have time i could do with some help with a proper eating plan if any body can help me please as i love training but i have a problem

i ate all the pies.................... ....and the kebabs and pizza and chips and fried chicken

down my local gym where i go there is a new machine.......its really really good it does everything........mars bars,double deckers,twix,yorkie :)

take your weight in lbs and times it by 11, this will be how many cals you need each day to maintain your size...but i would think you will loose a lot of weight with just cutting out the fatty salty food :)

but i have never cut yet so cant really help. sorry :(

Ok guys, I need help and advice on loosing weight before i start anything els. And seeing as i have a broken hand and wrist my weight lifting is on hold. so i might as well try and loose weight.

I dont eat alot but i am fairly overweight. 20 stone to be exact. At 23 years old and 6ft1 i think thats quite bad.

I have done weight lifting for 8 years now. But i think now i need to do something els.

What would you guys suggest for me to cut some weight, Start running everyday?

i would start with your diet first mate, get that right dont cheat and it should fall off you!

that coupled with some brisk walking and short bursts of running should see you to where you want to be

Weight training is 80% diet and the rest is sleep and training!

The fastest way to shed weight is a high protein low carb diet and you HAVE to STICK to it, cheat even once a week and it will show

no haggis,no iron bru more log throwing :) only kidding matey

keep active,plenty of walking, get a wii they are really good,cut out salty fatty foods drink loads of water to flush your body out

well im 357 pounds so thats 3927 cals a day
