Well I really want to put some weight on like you guys but my main problem is my bowel disease which really hinders me, I eat a lot but I have trouble absorbing all the nutrients, here is what I have eaten today5 Oatibix for breakfastOats in a shake with whey protein and creatine4 large chicken breasts with pasta mushrooms and peppers2 sirloin steaks with new potatoes peas and green beans4 BananasWhey protein shakeHalf a pound of roast turkey on its ownAnd still have a piece of cod to haveMy mate took a pic of me at the Gym tonight but he is not so hot with the camera if he had gotten any closer he would have hit me with it Lol
gotta say mr chops you look good for your age mate (no offence at the age thing) i should imagine its harder to do this as you get older like keeping fat to a minimum etcfair f*cks to ya pal
