Fitting a media/satnav to a Calibra

Folks,

I was wonder whether anyone fitted a media/satnav system - either vauxhall (astra, mokka, insignai, etc) or aftermarket - to a Calibra? I've looked online and I can't see anything: a satnav system, replacement housing/facia, etc?

I think that and an updated aircon/climate control from a current vauxhall would be a useful upgrade.

Does anyone know if anyone has done this conversion?

You can get a single din unit with a flip out screen very cheaply from Wish (probably ebay also) with sat nav for around £40... seen on another forum.
not sure what the reception is like..they usually have rear view camera also.

I think unless you buy a folding single din unit as suggested it’s an arts and crafts exercise. It has been done... a saw to start with then some fibre glass and paint to create the surround. There’s a few sites selling generic adapters which you may be able to use to make some of the work simpler.
