Hi Folks,
Did you get uneven wear on the rear tyres before you replaced the bushes? Both of my rear tyres wore really heavily on the inside and had to be replaced. Don't want a repeat so took it to garage for 4 wheel tracking. Rear nearside out of kilter but no adjustment possible on rear suspension ??????? Could it be bush is knackered, bearing gone or what. Have just had all new brake discs and pads etc etc so want to sort it so I can keep car on the road and get me money back.

Oh and I forgot to ask, what would you expect to pay for rear bushes to be done? Sadly I don't have knowledge, equipment or time to DIY. :p

Yes all the same, also same as senator (poss omega) and cav with IRS.

If you really want to splash the cash you can get polyurethane ones, quite expensive from regal, infact you can buy them direct from K-Mac and have them shipped to the UK for less

I didn't think you got them in poly bushes.

It's unlikely to cause uneven tyre wear. The rear arm bushes are more likely, or lowering the car in any way.

Thank you for the info, the car is standard and doesnt really get used so normal ones will do. Autovaux are expensive though at ?24 each + postage  :o

With the powers of Google......I hear by resurrect the thread from the dead lol

As I have to replace my bushes.........but wonder why they are different types....some at £4.95 seem to be the rubber part only and come with two metal inserts .....then some at £6.99 have the metal sleeve on the outside and nothing else....?
