That Congestion Charging would really piss me off over there if I lived locally!

Actually parts of Essex were classed as Greater London, fortunately we lost that when the different governments took that pleasure away thank goodness, or we would be paying that f@@@king congestion charge. Apart from my son having to have a new works van, another con to get every one to buy newer vehicles to pass the other emmission con, he has to pay £40 a week to drive into london, diesel and the rest of it added to get food, which is dearer to get and its making more people redundant as far as work. Its alright for the illegals to live in london they get it paid for and can take the jobs, but thats another story

Debatable. Technically, parts which were in Essex were swallowed up when the Greater London Council was formed in 1964 (eg Ilford & even Romford). This totally wiped out Middlesex too.

Anyway, does anyone here attend the Ace Cafe meet? I often go for Lotus night & it is quite good to meet others.
Next Vauxhall/Opel meet is March 22nd. Anyone up for this?
