tuning x30xe

i need someone on this forum who has x30xe with c25 anciliaries to give me opinion what to expect from further tuning mods...for now i have done..


-3.8 bar fpr..
-custom tubular manifolds...
-60mm exhaust without cat
-TC flap delete
-x30xe injectors
-fuel pump is c20xe replacement type out of tank(not original Bosch)
-plastic mesh from MAF deleted
-cone filter(tried standard airbox and engine actualy chokes)
-x30xe plastic plate between heads(lower inlet manifold...

PLANNED:
-bigger throttle body (from 64mm to 68mm or even 70mm)
-enlarging middle section of manifold(as i can see there is much space for improvement
-enlarging top manifold at very beginning of curve as much as it is possible as i noticed  that engine is choking up the rev range and struggles to touch the rev limiter when driving


for now measured with GPS i have 0-100 MPH 15 seconds dead....gearbox is F28 and flywheel is c20xe flat type...have really big issues with traction first two gears....

I'd bet a 220 bhp mark due to breathing limitations given by inlet plenum flow restriction. With a good breathing mod and your spec (of course with a modifyied map) could be possible to see 240 bhp but only modifying inlet plenum. It's the real bottleneck of this engine.
Check on Canem Management Systems, they put in a Capri a stock x30xe with tubular manifolds and a fully programmable ECU and they get easily 240bhp mark.
