Both c20xe cams on c20let? need advice

Both c20xe cams on c20let? reliability? Power? is it good for the turbo? i've heard that the turbo kicks in at about 4500 rpm  ;D , need some advice please, thanks

Well timed it's a good and cheap mod but only if you still have an uprated map,from eds ph 2 or more it is worth while

Thanks for advice, i have eds ph 3, and i thought its a good idea for normal dirve because i wont use the turbo much until ~4500 rpm, it is reliable for the turbo?

In c20xe ar use more then one type of camshaf for example '91 c20xe uses the same camshaft as '94  C20xe or 2.5 motronic uses the same as 2.8, are all the same ? pls help

the camshaft (both) form motronic 2.5 c20xe are different from motronic 2.8 c20xe, which should i use on a c20let? Thank

Don't think so Sergiu, I guess they are both the same. You need only inlet c20xe cam, not useful exhaust one

hy Greendream, if  use only the inlet cam i would be needing some adjustment? i read that i will be needing an adjustable cam pully, and its has to be set correctly, is there some trick to use it without the adjustable cam pully? thanks mate

-7deg (retard) is the right set-up. You can do a decentralization on pin hole seat on cam pulley. Once fitted shim gap with a small metal piece and lock cam pulley.
Job done!
