so its been a few days and iv had a chance to cheak , so with a low pressure air supply ( compressor ) i charged the actuator and the rod moves and wastegate opens ,but  im not sure how to actually cheak  if the actuator is opening the WG under boost ? or is the amil valve not working ?

you have boost gauge? if it drops to 0.4 - 0.5 bar the ecu cuts of boost, better go and check for errors

ive bypassed amal valve  and are using boost controller to manage boost safety, the copressor suge is gone  car is running well , seems diffident ...... cant really explain , the gauges read almost slower but more steady movement . boostscomes on bit later in rev range but  good and hard ,im only running 10 psi limit till i  can see all is well , both WG and blowoff valve working  as they should  ,i gave it sum welli tonight , it likes it , so i think ive solved  this issue  for now ,   its all trial and error  its mi first turbo :)
