Change the saab injectors fast with 470 cc if you want phase 2 or 3 you will melt your pistons , I use them and got 1 piston melted go for bigger injectors 470 cc with 3 bar fuel pressure

Forgot for eds phase 2 you need 1.05 bar boost(continous) and for phase 3 eds 1.15 boost continous and 1.5 overboost .
Im running eds 3. Need to change injectors and and both camshaft from c20xe . Change the colant hooses with silicone ones from do88.se . Cheers and good luck mate

thank you for that i really appreciate the advice i will start looking now for injectors
i installed the innovate scg1 boost controller with AFR , works really well .

im not even using the boost controller function, just the boost protection.
iv capped it at 1.5bar cos i dont waana kill it unnecessary  till its running right   .i have important question ??what is safe boost for k16 ....
she is pulling really well i was chacing an AMG this morning on the high way , i was with him the whole way he wasent getting away  but  ...BUT   the boost comes on it goes right up till it hits the limit and the  controlles cuts boost
im a little werie to turn boost limit off and see what happens , fule is rich at the moment on the stock ecu map so i should be safe there , engine is stock , turbo is recently full service , 200x600fmic, saab reds , bigger down piepe and staright pipe no boxs ( sounds like a monster ) , so not much ,   what is safe boost for k16?

The max safe boost for k16 is 1.1 bar continous and 1.5 bar overboost 280-300hp . How much hp do you have now?

At 1.5 bar continuous you will kill your turbo , you have stock fuel pressure regulator ?

You need new injectors if you go for phase 2 or 3 if is stock you don't need to change them if you want 280hp or more go for bigger injector 470cc cheers and good luck

im running 3.5 bar fuel pressure atm, and as im thinking about it i need to look at why the wastgate is not working .... seem to me like is jammed shut and the car is hitting the boost limit  on the over boost protection , i proppably whould have blown that motor by now if it wasent for that scg-1

i am looking at either a gt25 or gt28 kinda set up not too crazy but still very quick, so the bigger injectors  will be a must i am aming for around 260 to 300 bhp ,  keep the set up reliable for longevity  , i dont really want to go stand alone management so if i can keep it all sanded like , that will be cool , im trying to learn about ecu programming , the eds chip just seems to be the easyist option right now

EDS its a good option . Im runing eds ph 3 . K16 its good for ph 3 you don't need to change the turbo for ph 3 and eds has 5 setups for power to set you can switch at any time betwin 170 204 260 280 and 310 hp by power wheel that is instaled into your car thats controlls the boost electronical from 0.3 to 1.1 bar boost
