This was your thread and I think that you were simply trying to establish how many active members there were in the East of England.

If, however, it has now turned into a thread about an Eastern Region meeting at the end of August, it might be better to start a new thread, in the appropriate Regional Forum, with the Venue, Time & Date in the Title and get those who are intending to attend the meeting to add their names to a list.

The 31 is the Monday! Has it now changed to bank holiday Monday instead? Prob not a good idea as bluewater and the bridge will be bad. Sunday is better as roads not so bad as if people are away they will be going home Monday evening! Plus on Sunday bluewater closes early so we would have the roads and car parks all to our selves. Something to think about!

This is why, once a date for a meet has been determined, it is worth putting it in the title, or starting a new thread with the date, time & venue in the title, so that there is no confusion.
