Manningtree is a great option too, there is the Mistley river, where we could park all the callys up along the side, it is suppsoed to be haunted there, there are a couple of great pubs in the area and food is good too.

Well I am up for whatever!

Shall we create a poll then for the next South East meet then, and see what most people want to do.

I'll create a thread if you want, of all the places that have been listed with pictures, information, pubs/restaurants etc, then we can all put our vote through to see what place would be most popular.

Good idea, but to avoid confusion, it might be better to refer to it as an East Anglian meeting, because it's quite a long way from Kent and Sussex and other places in the 'South East'...
