well DanBastardisedHybridCali bra ive been told we can have upto 35 vehicles to attend the event and have there car dyno'd but only the 12 confirmed (first come first served will get there cars featured its a shame they couldnt feature all but i guess thats there terms)

I'll keep the day free anyhow (only about 45 mins from me) & I'll check things out at the last minute. Would be cool if I can just turn up to say hi but no point in me putting my name down as I wouldn't be getting involved with the RR or the photo's.

I haven't moved it. I added 'Uxbridge' into the title. Obviously those who have already booked will know where it is, but those who haven't might want to know roughly where it is without having to go back to the post with all the details of the venue. If they decide that Uxbridge is within reach they can look for the details of the venue.

ok guys i have emailed andy from the dyno place to book our slot (but i did mention we may have a couple more on the day (non photoshoot who can put there cars on the dyno .

Ive also emailed Dougie at total vauxhall who will hopefully do the photoshoot and ive asked him what if say 2 members dropped out etc would they still do the feature and see what he comes back with.

It's a bit late to be suggesting an alternative venue on a thread that's been running for over two weeks, when all the arrangements have already been made! No venue is going to suit everyone. It's not unreasonable for whoever goes to all the trouble of organising an event to hold it somewhere that they know, or is convenient to them and other members in their area. If other members want a "more central venue", perhaps someone who lives more centrally can organise it.
