gearbox leak HELP
« on: December 17, 2011, 21:39:35 PM »
hey everyone, i'm from Moldova, i have a cally turbo, and when i got out from my garrage today i've seen a huge oil leak, like it was looking i understood it's the gearbox oil, so i've started to look, and found out that it's leaking from the speedo cable, but what's the most interesting part, my speedo is electrical, but the gearbox has no cable there just the place where u can plug it, so i ting there should be a plastic cover or some sh*t like that, but i dunno how it looks, pls help guys

The speedo drive is on top, it's unlikely to have a major leak from there. Most likely places are the drain plugs (there are 2) or driveshaft seals.

Cant find a pic to hand, there's one on the front face and one on the rear face, at the bottom obviously. Look as see, they are fairly obvious.
