I understand where you are coming from with 'Surestart' and educating ASB out from a generation and Primary School kids i've seen that work to a degree....but there is no excuse for keying someones car...and if anyone can give a solid one then i'll eat my computer!...some people are beyond education and just ...well....evil little sh*ts!
I agree, no justification, no excuse - but I don't believe in 'original sin', so children aren't born "evil little sh*ts", though by the time some of them are adolescents they have become "evil little sh*ts". The question is how and why and what can society do to prevent it, or at least prevent fewer of them reaching that stage...
