You won't need high beam so forget those, ditch the side light bulbs for angel rings too ;)

just been up the road and what a difference! i feel confident now of not mowing down people walking at night. great mod. i'm just wondering what position you all have your lights set at. i'm usually on 0 but i'm not used to seeing so far so i'm kinda worried i'm dazzling people although no one flashed me

There are several ways of ckecking yourself..I was once told that if you stand about 4 foot away from the front of the car (on a flat surface) the beam should be just at or under your knee (on an average 6ft'er!) you could pop in somewhere that does MOT's if you know'em and thet could check on the machine?..best bet.

You wouldn't of touched the beam setting fitting HID's it's just they look so different! 0 will be dandy.

just to follow up, i've fitted some white side light LED's to the car. very subtle but look alot better than standard with the HID's
