Front bump strips... removal

Hi guys whats the best way to remove the front bump strip....? start at one side with a screwdriver...?  ;D

Well, when I did mine I took the bumper off and executed the use of a flat bade, the round clips are the most stupid thing you have ever seen and a tw*t to get back on, enjoy!

I would rather do an engine swap than remove and replace those strips......
