Well, as long as its got a Calibra name and looks like either of those and has the same impact as the original had at launch (looking so ahead of its time) I'll be buying one, gona start saving for the deposit now, the misses has given the go ahead and with vauxhalls lifetime warrenty, I would consider buying a brand new car, which was out of the question before.

A new Calibra will never happen, Its just an idea on paper nothing more.

The Insignia Coupe is being launched, I've heard it will be badged as the Calibra.

When GM make an official announcement then i will believe it, but until then its all hearsay.

True, but wasn't the original Calibra basically a Mk3 Cavalier coupe?

What I'm trying to say is that the new car will probably be as close to the Insignia as the old one was to the Cavalier
