New Feature: New Forum for Guests

I've been trialling a new feature for a week or so - having a Forum within which Guests can post (without registration) should they have difficulties managing to register, or are apprehensive about registering.

At first, this new forum wasn't viewable by existing members, only our Guests and Moderators - however I feel it would greatly aid our Guests for replies to come from existing Members, therefore you'll now all have access to this new forum, not to post new threads but with permissions to reply to threads within the forum (which will generally have been posted by Guests).

Please make any guests that post feel at home and be of assistance should they require any help! Also push registration to them as it enables so much more!!
