could you not make it so the thread starter can adapt his/her origanal post...for instance i had a thread about the colour of my wheels then about 10-15 pages down the line i wanted to know what colour calipers would suit the wheels but many people seen the original post and just commented on the wheels while i was on a diffrent subject but not off topic...anyone know what I'm saying if so please translate it lol

Out of curiosity, what would members think if the Shop was removed? I find it rather pointless?

Some features such as the ability to change your display name or login name are useful but thats about it, the others don't have any real purpose. I personally wouldn't mind if the shop was removed but then I don't use it  :) . Maybe if someone wanted to change their username or display name they could just contact you instead.

To save me modifying my thread repeatedly, why dont you just remove all the obselite members? Surely all their profiles are taking up space and to be fair, its all good having thousands of members but whats the point if they never return or contribute? Surely anyone who hasn't posted in over a year could just be removed?

Already done Shifty, removed possibly a thousand that have registered but never posted, and haven't logged in within 6 months.

We're now down to 4555 members - which frankly is a fairly good active userbase - if all forums did this, they'd be down to hundreds.

Sorry I actually purged up to 90 days of non activity.
