Announcement: Cleaning the Forums!
« on: March 03, 2008, 19:12:45 PM »
Guys,

We've been doing as any well run forum do, and cleaning any redundant user accounts. ONLY accounts that haven't been accessed in over 2 years are removed, so far I've removed over 1200 redundant member accounts - this reduces the database size and as a consequence speeds up the forums. In every case, each account had a post count of 0 - a sign that they registered on a whim and haven't reused their account since.

This does however provide even more room for us to expand, so spread the word and leaflet drop/mention ClubCalibra.com to any Calibra's your see!!

Cheers, Ash & Moderation Team

Lol Nice one Ash, I personally have not noticed any speed issues until tonight, where the server frequently times out, but I assume that's because you're working! :)

Never understood that. Why register if you're not gonna post lol. You're just wasting you're own time for nuthin.

Nope, nothing hidden once you're registered, other than the 'Senior Lounge' where us old gits sit and gossip about the Newbies, hehe.

I'll never understand why peeps register and then do nowt, unless its because they just want to search for a solution, find it, and never use the site again!

lol!!!!!!

Tell you what matey, upload your images here >

photobucket.com

User: clubcalibra
pass: calibra

then once you've done that, you can select multiple files and choose to resize them, usually "forum" setting works.

If you post a 7.2mp image on here, it's going to be huge
