He was knocked off his bike by a load of bricks

Can the in box messages not be automatically deleted after a month and only ones that are ticked as wanting to be kept not deleted? as people will clear them out now and then just leave them again as in the past, also everyone I have tried to send a message to now it just says in box full

so you can't even tell them they need to delete some

yes seems to me like it is going to back fire a little, if you cant get hold of someone due to their inbox being full means you will start a thread asking for them to empty it!

very silly idea IMHO
